Our Story
Kavestra was founded by Ardan Kavuklu — a graduate of Software Engineering with Finance, and holder of a Master of Science in Wealth Management and a Master's in Technology and Innovation. That combination of technical rigour, financial discipline and forward-thinking is embedded in everything we do.
The company was established to bring a higher standard of construction and property development to London — combining deep technical expertise with a genuine appreciation for the architectural character of the buildings we work on.
Operating under the legal entity Noventra Construction Ltd, we work across two divisions: Kavestra Developments, our in-house property arm, and Kavestra Bespoke, our client-facing renovation and design service.
Every project — whether we are acquiring and transforming a neglected building or working alongside a homeowner to realise their vision — is approached with the same discipline: thoughtful design, quality workmanship and a respect for what was there before.
