How Our Development Division Works
We are a principal developer — not a contractor working for someone else. We use our own capital to purchase properties that are undervalued, neglected or in need of significant work, then apply our full in-house expertise to renovate and sell them.
Every development is a complete transformation: structural repairs, full renovation, bespoke interior design, and a finished specification ready for immediate occupation. We sell the completed property on the open market.

Full renovation
Our in-house teams carry out all structural, mechanical, electrical and finishing works to a consistently high standard, in full compliance with UK Building Regulations.
Interior design & specification
Each property is finished with bespoke interior design — kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, lighting and materials selected to complement the building's character and the target buyer.
Sale
Completed properties are professionally photographed and brought to market as finished homes ready for immediate occupation.
